The most celebrated Dungeons & Dragons novel series was reissued last month in a stunning hardcover omnibus edition containing the original three-part story. Written by Margaret Weis and Tracy Hickman, the 1,056-page Dragonlance Chronicles trilogy quickly became a bestseller, which has led to stock shortages at multiple retailers. Amazon just restocked this doorstopper and is offering a 20% discount that drops the price from $35 down to $27.83.
Third-party resellers have the book listed for $29 at Walmart, but buying directly from Walmart (shipped and sold) will cost you $34.15. That said, even at full price, Dragonlance Chronicles is a nice deal for fans since you're getting a trilogy of novels in one display-worthy hardcover book.
